Litigation

The litigation department is under the leadership of a former Judge of the Federal Court of Appeals in the State of São Paulo who during its 09 years acting as a Judge, accumulated a large experience with litigation, enriching his practice as a lawyer. The team acts in every field of litigation and has built a reputation with litigation regarding franchise, corporate disputes, real estate, regulatory issues and privatization, particularly of energy and telecommunications, consumer rights and other areas.

The litigation department is not limited to represent clients before Brazilian Courts. The firm has developed a practice with arbitration either representing the client before the arbitration panel or being appointed as arbitrator and conducting arbitration panels.
