The firm represents major multinational franchises of the food industry, as well as entertainment, supermarkets (retail and distribution) and clothing franchises, as well as administration and operation of hotel chain franchises, among others.
The firm has also acted and being involved with the litigation around franchises, gathering experience not only in the implementation thereof but also in the solutions of the conflicts between the parties involved with this industry.
