Professor of Tax Law for the Graduate Program and Specialization at the School of Law at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Former Professor of Law at the School of Law at the Universidade de São Paulo, based at the Faculty of Economics and Administration at the Universidade de São Paulo. Program of Instruction for Lawyers, Harvard Law School. Author of the books “Princípio da Isonomia em Matéria Tributária” and “Imposto sobre a Renda - Pressupostos Constitucionais”, and dozens of technical articles published on magazines specialized in legal matters, in Brazil and abroad.
